Индивидуальные тепловые пункты для 200 домов Кишинева

200 многоэтажных жилых домов будут иметь индивидуальные тепловые пункты. Это два крупных жилых района секторов Буюкань и Чентру и несколько многоэтажных жилых домов секторов Ботаника, Чокана и Рышкань. Работы идут в рамках процесса реконструкции и модернизации централизованного теплоснабжения в столице. Согласно пресс-релизу „Termoelectrica” АО, генеральный директор предприятия Вячеслав Eни отметил, что инвестиции в централизованном теплоснабжении не дают ожидаемого результата, если не обеспечивается и эффективность внутренней системы теплоснабжения многоэтажного дома. Работы проводятся в рамках проекта ,,Повышение эффективности централизованного теплоснабжения”, на реализацию которого Международным банком реконструкции и развития выделен кредит. Он направлен на совершенствование инфраструктуры подачи тепловой энергии за счет установки индивидуальных тепловых пунктов и замену тепловых сетей внешними современными изолированными трубами для 200 зданий в Кишиневе. В результате модернизации домов, будут сокращены потери из-за старых внешнимх сетей, а при помощи установки индивидуальных тепловых пунктов жители будут получать горячую воду заданной температуры непрерывно, так как с помощью современных установок вода подогревается непосредственно в подвале здания. Индивидуальные тепловые пункты могут быть запрограммированы в зависимости от наружной температуры, могут быть установлены режимы дневного и ночного потребления, а также на время выходных и отпусков. Может быть установлена желаемая температура внутри здания, а здание отделено от магистральной теплоцентрали. Другие проекты модернизации, которые планирует осуществить „Termoelectrica” АПО, обеспечат подключение государственных учреждений в массовую замену теплосетей.
