Înregistrarea divorțului de către misiunile diplomatice
Proiectul vine să ajusteze legislația în corespundere cu noile modificări în Codul Familiei și ale Legii privind actele de stare civilă.
Potrivit notei informative a proiectului, anterior se permitea desfacerea căsătoriei în baza cererii ambilor soți la misiunile diplomatice şi oficiile consulare și oficiile stării civile numai în cazul când soții nu aveau copii minori comuni sau înfiaţi de ambii soţi, cu condiția că între aceştia nu existau litigii referitoare la partaj sau la întreţinerea soţului inapt de muncă.
