Instituțiile de stat nu vor mai angaja pe nimeni până la finele anului

Un proiect de hotărâre de Guvern privind instituirea moratoriului unităților de personal real încadrate în instituțiile publice și alte instituții finanțate din bugetul de stat a fost aprobat ieri de către membrii Executivului. Proiectul a fost elaborat cu scopul de a nu admite datorii față de angajații din cadrul instituțiilor publice, a declarat ministrul finanțelor, Octavian Armașu, care a și prezentat proiectul în cauză în cadrul Ședinței de Guvern. Prin aprobarea prezentului proiect s-a aplicat moratoriu asupra majorării numărului unităților de personal real încadrat la situația de la 1 august, - a declarat Armașu. Astfel, conform proiectului, au fost înghețate un număr de 4539 de unități vacante în instituțiile subordonate Gvernului, iar aproximativ 150 de milioane de lei ar putea fi economisiți în urma acestei măsuri. Nu s-a înghețat anumite posturi vacante, ci numărul efectiv, adică dacă cineva se pensionează, altcineva poate fi angajat în locul acestora, - a precizat Armașu. Proiectul a fost realizat și pentru a face economii, „pentru a ne menține în limita deficitului bugetar pentru anul curent care a fost, inclusiv, agreat cu Fondul Monetar Internațional”. Numărul angajaților din cadrul instituțiilor de stat care vor activa până la finele anului urmează a fi precizat, odată cu efectuarea rectificărilor la bugetul de stat. Octavian Armașu a declarat după ședința Guvernului că rectificările la buget sunt planificate a fi realizate deja în luna septembrie.
