Instrucţiunea privind evidenţa obligaţiilor faţă de buget poate fi modificată

Anexa nr. 1 din Instrucţiunea privind evidenţa obligaţiilor faţă de buget urmează a fi modificată. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a elaborat și propune pentru consultări publice proiectul ordinului de modificare a Ordinului nr IFPS nr. 400/2014, prin care a fost aprobată Instrucțiunea.
 
Astfel, în Lista obligațiilor față de bugetul public național reflectate în sistemul informațional automatizat „Contul curent al contribuabilului” vor fi indicate codurile Clasificației economice, denumirea Clasificației economice și bugetul respectiv. După aprobarea proiectului, Lista va conține termenul de valabilitate a codului, precum și codul Clasificației economice predecesor și succesor.

Instrucţiunea privind evidența obligațiilor față de buget stabileşte modul de accesare şi generare a contului/conturilor contribuabilului, certificatelor privind lipsa sau existența restanțelor față de buget pentru organele fiscale și pentru autoritățile publice investite cu drepturile respective.
