Инвестиции в СЭЗ и промпарки РМ достигли $360 млн

Об этом замминистра экономики Виталий Юрку сообщил на форуме Moldova Business Week, представляя инвестиционные преимущества данных платформ для бизнесменов. По его словам, сегодня в стране действует семь свободных экономических зон с 11-ю субзонами и 10 промышленных парков, которые предлагают инвесторам самые низкие операционные затраты в регионе. Так, ставка налога на прибыль для резидентов СЭЗ вдвое ниже базовой ставки этого налога по стране и составляет 6%, а компании-резиденты с инвестициями более $1 млн освобождаются от уплаты подоходного налога на три года и на пять лет – если инвестируют $5 млн. Импортируемые или экспортируемые товары резидентами СЭЗ освобождаются от уплаты таможенных пошлин, акцизов, а также применяется нулевая ставка НДС. Резидентам промпарков предоставляется возможность бесплатно изменить назначение сельхозземель, они могут приватизировать находящийся в госсобственности земельный участкок для строительства по нормативной цене, им бесплатно предоставляется госимущество для создания промпарков, а также применяется пониженная ставка налога на аренду (до 70%). Благодаря этим условиям, СЭЗ Молдовы смогли привлечь $305,3 млн (только за последние 12 месяцев объем инвестиций в СЭЗ вырос на 26,5%), из них $22,1 млн инвестировано в I полугодии 2017 г. Инвестиции 60-ти резидентов промпарков составили $53,6 млн, создано более 2 тыс. новых рабочих мест. Виталий Юрку проинформировал участников бизнес-форума и о том, что Молдова предоставляет перспективные возможности для торговли со странами ЕС, СНГ, Турции, благодаря действующим соглашениям о свободной торговле. Кроме того, уже инициированы переговоры о создании зоны свободной торговли с Китаем. Он отметил, что эти и другие факторы создают привлекательный климат для бизнеса и роста иностранных инвестиций, наращивания экспорта, устойчивого развития страны.
