Italienii care repară drumul Soroca-Arionești și Hâncești-Cahul au primit o notă ultimativă de la Ministerul Transporturilor

Pe 4 aprilie 2017, conducerea Ministerului Transporturilor a avut o întrevedere cu reprezentanții companiei Serenissima Construzione, Savorani Gianluigi, responsabil pentru realizarea contractului pentru reabilitarea drumului R34 Hâncești-Leova-Cahul și Volpe Claudio, managerul de proiect pentru drumul R9 Soroca-Arionești. În cadrul discuțiilor, cu referire la procesul de reabilitare a drumului R34, Savorani Gianluigi a menționat că antreprenorul are făcute aranjamentele pentru importul stației de beton, a echipamentului necesar pentru aplicarea tehnologiei de reciclare la rece a asfaltului și importului stației de asfalt pentru reabilitarea drumului R9. În același timp contractorul s-a angajat să prezinte detaliile de execuție pentru a fi aprobate și verificate în strictă conformitate cu proiectul tehnic în baza căruia s-a licitat. Ministrul Iurie Chirinciuc s-a arătat nemulțumit de mobilizarea insuficientă a antreprenorului și a pus în fața acestuia mai multe sarcini, realizarea cărora va arăta beneficiarului că antreprenorul poate realiza lucrările în conformitate cu programul prezentat inginerului. Printre acestea se numără:
  • Încheierea și prezentarea contractelor cu furnizorii de material
  • Prezentarea detaliilor de execuție în conformitate cu documentația de proiect pentru primii 5 km din drumul R9 și respectiv R34.
  • Prezentarea confirmării privind importului de echipament pentru efectuarea lucrărilor de reciclare la rece a asfaltului.
  • Prezentarea garanțiilor bancare pentru încasarea avansului pentru ambele contracte.
  • Prezentarea contractelor de achiziții pentru stația de asfalt și stația de beton-ciment pentru contractele R9, și respectiv R34.
  • Prezentarea candidaturii pentru reprezentant al contractorului pe contractul R9.
Termenul pus de conducerea MTID pentru realizarea acestor sarcini a fost stabilit pentru data de 18.04.2017. În aceeași zi, vine în Republica Moldova, dl Mario Lacaita, Președintele Consiliului de Administrare al companiei Serenissima Construzioni. Ministerul Transporturilor și Infrastructurii Drumurilor precizează că în data de 15 decembrie 2016, au fost emise notificările de începere a lucrărilor pentru contractele semnate cu compania Serenissima Construzione, pentru reabilitarea drumurilor R9 Soroca-Arionești, pe o lungime de cca 31 km și R34 Hâncești -Leova-Cahul, pe două sectoare de drum de 42 km, și respectiv 41 km. Valoarea totală a contractelor este de cca 17,5 mil. euro și, respective, 58,3 mil. de euro. Lucrările sunt finanțate de Banca Europeană pentru Reconstrucție și termenul de realizare al contractelor este de 2 ani.
