Италия не готова платить пенсии молдавским гражданам

Италия не готова пока обсуждать с Молдовой подписание Соглашения в области социальной защиты, которое гарантировало бы выплату пенсий и пособий легально работающим в этой стране молдавским гражданам, осуществляющим выплаты в итальянский бюджет, передает Noi.md. Об этом заявили представители Министерства труда, социальной защиты и семьи Молдовы в ходе обсуждения в парламенте законопроекта о ратификации аналогичного соглашения, подписанного Молдовой с Литвой и отвечая на вопросы депутатов о перспективах заключения подобного документа с Италией, где легально трудится большое число молдавских граждан. Как было отмечено, представители Министерства труда, социальной защиты и семьи Молдовы предпринимали множество попыток для согласования с итальянской стороной подписания Соглашения в области социальной защиты, провели предварительные консультации, на которых было сказано, что Италия не готова обсуждать такой договор с Молдовой из-за больших расходов на его реализацию. Представители Минтруда, соцзащиты и семьи Молдовы отметили, что продолжат и далее диалог и будут продвигать идею подписания с Италией Соглашение в области соцзащиты. Этот документ гарантировал бы гражданам Молдовы, легально работающим в Италии, получение пенсий и социальных пособий. Рамочные соглашения, подписанные Молдовой с 11 странами ЕС, предусматривают, что каждое из государств-участниц соглашения будет выплачивать часть пенсии, рассчитанной за период работы на своей территории, и перечислять ее получателю в страну его проживания. Документы направлены на обеспечение социальной защиты мигрантов и других граждан, которые в разное время трудились на территории этих государств.
