Итальянская компания отремонтирует трассу Бельцы-Скулень за 2 года

Итальянская компания отремонтирует за два года 54,7 км дороги R16 Белцы-Фэлешть-Скулень. Соответствующий контракт подписали в среду директор компании Паоло Пизаротти и министр транспорта и дорожной инфраструктуры Юрий Киринчук. Как сообщает «Инфотаг», глава минтранса отметил на церемонии, что работы начнутся через два месяца и выразил надежду, что реабилитацию закончат раньше условленного срока. Мы рады, что тендер выиграла именно итальянская компания, ведь качество дорог в Италии одно из лучших в Европе. Вся техника и специалисты будут со стороны наших партнеров, Молдова предоставит рабочую силу. Такое распределение обусловлено тем, что для гарантии качества нужны специалисты с большим опытом, а РМ ими не располагает, – сказал министр. Директор Государственной администрации дорог Георгий Курмей сообщил, что будут отремонтированы два участка: Бэлць-Фэлешть (25,4 км) и Фэлешть-Скулень (29,28 км), на сумму 26,53 и 24,06 млн. евро соответственно. В рамках проекта заново уложат асфальт, установят бордюры, системы водоотвода и освещения. Реабилитация снизит количество пробок и затраты на поездки, улучшит жизнь местных жителей и положительно скажется на экономике страны, – считает он. По словам Курмея, в случае нарушения сроков ремонта с подрядчика будет взиматься неустойка в размере 0,05% от стоимости контракта за каждый день опоздания: 200 дней просрочки – это 10%, то есть порядка 5 млн. евро штрафа. Бюджет проекта – 50,6 млн. евро, предоставленных Европейским инвестиционным банком (ЕИБ). Он также провел международный тендер по осуществлению наблюдения за прозрачностью выполнения ремонтных работ, который выиграла французская компания Louis Berger.
