Изменения в бюджетной классификации

В «МО» от 14 сентября 2018 г. опубликованы изменения и дополнения в Приказ министра финансов №208 от 24 декабря 2015 г. «О бюджетной классификации». Так, в классификации программ/виды деятельности (приложение №8) внесен новый код: «70236 - Проект «Указательные знаки туристических объектов». В новой редакции изложено описание некоторых статей и кодов. В частности, статья «310000 Основные средства» изложена в новой редакции: «Основные средства – материальные активы, со сроком полезного использования более одного года, предназначенные для использования в производстве или поставке товаров или услуг, для использования в административных целях или для сдачи в аренду третьим лицам. В этой же категории отражаются нематериальные активы, а также финансовый лизинг – продажа лицом, сдающим в аренду актив (имущество) арендатору. Финансовый лизинг представляет собой кредит, предоставляемый арендатору арендодателем. Суммы, перечисляемые в виде финансового лизинга, отражаются в покупке соответствующего имущества». Дополнено описание кода 336000 «Хозяйственные материалы и канцелярские принадлежности» - в эту группу будет включаться и инвентарь, который не относится к категории основных средств. Согласно новой редакции, под кодом 336000, следует отражать стоимость хозяйственных материалов и канцелярских принадлежностей (бумага, конверты, марки, карандаши, чернила, перья, электрические лампочки, мыло, щетки и т.д.), используемых для текущих нужд учреждения, а также хозяйственный инвентарь, который нельзя отнести к категории основные средства (310000). Приказ Минфина вступил в силу и применяется с 23 августа текущего года.
