Изменены сроки оформления удостоверений личности и паспортов

Агентство государственных услуг (АГУ) сообщило об изменении сроков оформления удостоверения личности граждан РМ. Так, начиная с сегодняшнего дня, 15 апреля, прекращается предоставление услуги по оформлению удостоверений личности и паспорта в течение трех и шести часов, а также выдачи загранпаспорта в течение десяти календарных дней. Взамен введена услуга по оформлению удостоверения личности и паспорта в день обращения, если заявление будет подано в центральный офис Агентства по адресу: мун. Кишинев, улице Александру чел Бун, 56. Стоимость услуги, предоставленной в день обращения, составляет 650 леев для удостоверения личности и 2130 леев – для паспорта. Подать заявление можно с понедельника по пятницу, с 08.00 до 13.00, а получить документы – с 16.30 до 17.00 того же дня. Вместе с тем, в центральном офисе будут предоставляться услуги по выдаче удостоверений личности в течение 24 часов и 5 календарных дней. Указанный офис работает с понедельника по субботу, с 08.00 до 17.00. При обращении в субботний день, услуги по оформлению документов будут приниматься только на выдачу в течение 5 рабочих дней, 15 и 30 календарных дней. Помимо этого, АГУ оповещает, что мультифункциональные центры №1, 2, 3 и 4 будут предоставлять услуги по оформлению удостоверений личности и/или паспортов только в течение 5 рабочих дней или 15 и 30 календарных дней. Меры были предприняты для повышения эффективности процесса предоставления услуг по выдаче удостоверений личности и учету граждан.
