К расследованию дела Laundromat подключат ФБР

НАЦ попросил ФБР о помощи в расследовании дела Laundromat об отмывании через Молдову более $20 млрд. и определении конечных бенефициаров. Об этом заявил глава Национальной антикоррупционной прокуратуры Виорел Морарь, отметив, что сейчас ведомство готовит все необходимые документы для обращения к коллегам в Федеральное бюро расследований. Говоря о деле Laundromat, Виорел Морарь заявил, что прокуроры перешли ко второму этапу. Если до этого мы занимались исключительно государственными служащими и работниками финансовых учреждений исключительно на территории Молдовы, включая судебную систему, то сейчас мы перешли на новый уровень расследования, затрагивающий некие действия на международной арене, что в свою очередь подразумевает сотрудничество с многими государствами. Когда я говорю о международном уровне, это означает что речь идет о банковских переводах, осуществленных компаниями, задействованными в данной схеме, плюс о конечных получателях этих денег, - сказал глава НАЦ. По его словам, сейчас ведомство готовит все необходимые документы для обращения к коллегам в ФБР с целью получения помощи в расследовании и определении конечных получателей денег. Украденные деньги были переведены в валюту США, американские доллары, что позволяет американским ведомствам с легкостью проследить и выявить их путь. Естественно, мы возлагаем большие надежды на взаимопонимание наших коллег и из других стран, но более полную оценку этому делу мы сможем сделать немного позже. Хочу заметить, что никаких обращений в адрес российский властей более сделано не было, - заявил Виорел Морарь. Он напомнили, что на первом этапе было завершено уголовное преследование, которое было передано на рассмотрение судебных органов, по обвинению 14 нынешних и бывших судей, а также 2-х судебных исполнителей. В случае 1 судьи и 1 судебного исполнителя были выданы ордера на международный розыск и арест, в связи с их бегством от органов следствия и правосудия. По этой же теме были переданы в судебные инстанции дела 4 сотрудников Нацбанка Молдовы, включая бывшего замуправляющего Нацбаком. Более того, мы значительно продвинулись по делам руководства Moldindconbank-a, - подчеркнул Виорел Морарь.
