Как избежать ошибок при учете собственного капитала

Причинами ошибок при учете собственного капитала могут быть некорректная трактовка как положений действующего нормативно-правового законодательства, в рамках которого происходит формирование, конвергенция и трансформация элементов собственного капитала, так и положений налогового законодательства, а также установленных требований НСБУ или МСФО. Также причинами могут быть математические просчеты, ошибки, вызванные несовершенством системы внутреннего контроля, документооборота, соблазн руководства улучшить показатели собственного капитала, несоответствие положениям учетных политик и другие факторы.
