Кишинев освободят от пробок

Главное управление транспорта и путей сообщения примэрии Кишинева подготовило план действий по улучшению дорожного движения в муниципии. Он включает пакет мер, которые предстоит реализовать в ближайшие несколько лет. В их числе строительство кругового движения на двух перекрестках, капитальная реконструкция четырех улиц, ремонт объездных дорог для движения крупнотоннажного транспорта, установка новых светофоров. Итак, в 2018 г. планируется строительство кругового движения на пересечении улиц Каля Орхейулуй-Студенческая-Соколень- Штефан чел Маре ши Сфынт – Ион Крянгэ, стоимость работ составит около 50 млн леев. Еще через год будет реорганизован круг на пересечении улиц Штефан чел Маре ши Сфынт - Каля Ешилор, работы оцениваются в 5 млн леев. Запланирован капитальный ремонт на четырех улицах: • ул. Тигина (1,6 км) – 2,53 млн евро; • ул. Александру чел Бун (2,2 км) - 2,98 млн евро; • ул. 31 августа 1989 (2,95 км) - 4,36 млн евро; • ул. Иона Крянгэ (2 км) – 1,7 млн евро. Планируется также отремонтировать около 16 км объездных дорог, куда будут перенаправлять большегрузный транспорт (ул.Буковина, ул.Н. Милеску-Спэтару, ул.Транснистрия, ул.Индустриалэ, ул.Новобачойская), на эти цели будет выделено 2,5 млн леев. Уже в следующем году будут установлены новые светофоры на четырех перекрестах: Н.Димо-Студенческая; Т-Стришка-Х.Ботев-Индепенденцей; И.Пеливан-В.Белинский и Гренобля-Куза-Водэ. Установка светофоров на каждом из этих перекрестков обойдется примерно в 1 млн леев. Еще 5 млн леев будет выделено на модернизацию системы светофоров и создание муниципального центра мониторинга и управления за дорожным движением. Самые большие инвестиции – почти 440 млн леев (до 2020 г.) - потребуются на расширение четырех улиц на Чеканах и Буюканах: • ул.М.Садовяну будет расширена на участке между ул.И.Виеру и И.Думенюк (протяженность – 0,8 км); • ул. Студенческая - на участке Н.Димо-И.Думенюк (1,2 км); • ул. М. чел Бэтрын - на участке Думенюк-Буковина (1,1 км); • ул.Месаджер - на участке Албишоара-Каля Ешилор (3 км). Муниципалитет начнет проектирование реконструкции автодорожного перехода на участке Измаил-Каля Мошилор/Каля Басарабией-Вадул луй Водэ. Технико-экономическое обоснование по разгрузке этой транспортной развязки уже есть, а проект и сами строительные работы должны быть реализованы до 2020 г. Кроме того, Управление транспорта запланировало комплекс административных мер, которые позволят упростить и облегчить загруженность столичных дорог. Например, будет разработано Положение об отгоне и эвакуации неправильно припаркованных и брошенных автомобилей. Планируется запретить остановку автомобилей по маршруту движения общественного транспорта, а маршрутки, автобусы и троллейбусы смогут останавливаться только в строго отведенных для этого местах, оснащенных указателями. Власти столицы также намерены организовать государственно-частное партнерство с целью строительства многоуровневых парковок во всех микрорайонах Кишинева и провести соответствующие тендеры, а также потребовать от всех строительных компаний обеспечивать жилые дома парковками.
