Кишинев признан самым дешевым городом в мире для проживания экспатов - иностранных специалистов, проживающих вне родины. Как передает агентство «Инфотаг», об этом сообщает сайт expatistan.com, который позволят сделать сравнительный анализ стоимости жизни в разных уголках мира. Сайт имеет функции, которые позволят сделать сравнительный анализ стоимости жизни для специалистов, которые приезжают на работу и постоянное место проживания в другую страну. Он учитывает расходы на аренду жилья, питание, одежду, здравоохранение, транспорт и развлечения. Вся информация по этому поводу собирается из открытых источников, с учетом мнения местных жителей. На основании полученных данных веб-сервис присваивает каждому городу индекс, в соответствии с которым формируется список наиболее и наименее доступных городов для жизни. Исходя из анализа, Кишинев занял первое место благодаря низким арендным ставкам на жилье, дешевому транспорту и доступным продуктам питания. При этом стоимость одежды и здравоохранения в молдавской столице выше, чем в нескольких городах Индии (Ченнаи, Пуна и Бангалор), которые идут в рейтинге следом. Кроме пяти городов Индии, среди самых дешевых для проживания экспатов оказались сербский Нови-Сад (5 место), столица Латвии Вильнюс (7 место), румынская Клуж-Напока (9 место) и венгерский Дебрецен. Согласно присвоенному индексу по всем показателям, в Кишиневе оказались самые низкие цены в мире на еду и на транспорт, относительно низкая стоимость аренды жилья и развлечений, но достаточно высокая цена на медицинские услуги и одежду. По мнению экспертов, Кишинев занял итоговое первое место в рейтинге самых дешевых городов мира благодаря тому, что рейтинг составлен для иностранцев, приезжающих на временное место жительства, но не для местных жителей. Рейтинг не учитывает стоимость тарифов на газ, электроэнергию и коммунальные услуги. В общей сложности веб-сервис сравнил повседневные бытовые расходы в 202 городах мира. Самым дорогим оказался швейцарский Цюрих, на второй позиции расположилась Женева, на третьей - Джорджтаун (Каймановы острова). В первую десятку вошли также Лондон, Вашингтон, Сан-Франциско, Нью-Йорк, Гонконг и Сингапур. Их общий индекс колеблется от 252 до 300, в то время как у Кишинева – 59.
