Когда станет возможным экспорт молочных продуктов из Молдовы в ЕС

Европейская комиссия проинформировало Национальное агентство по безопасности пищевых продуктов (ANSA) об утверждении решения о возможности экспорта молочной продукции, произведенной в Республике Молдова.
 
Генеральный директор ANSA Владислав Котич заявил, что, основываясь на гарантиях, предоставляемых ANSA, и в результате эффективного сотрудничества с компетентными службами Европейской комиссии, Европейский Союз принял решение включить Республику Молдова в столбец C Приложения №1 Регламента 605/2010, устанавливающего условия охраны здоровья животных и людей и ветеринарной сертификации для ввоза в Европейский Союз сырого молока и молочных продуктов, предназначенных для потребления человеком.
 
Напоминаем, национальный план мониторинга остатков коровьего молока в нашей стране был одобрен Европейской Комиссией с внесением изменений в приложение к Решению Европейской Комиссии 163/2011 об утверждении планов, представленных третьими странами в соответствии со ст. 29 Директивы Совета 96/23/ЕС, которой предусмотрено, что включение и сохранение в списках третьих стран, из которых государствам–членам разрешается импортировать животных и продукты животного происхождения, подпадающие по действие данной Директивы, производится только в случае представления указанными странами плана, где излагаются гарантии, предлагаемые в отношении мониторинга групп остатков и веществ, перечисленных в указанном Приложении. Эти планы должны обновляться по запросу Комиссии, особенно когда на необходимость этого указывают определенные проверки. Таким образом, утвержденный национальный план мониторинга остатков молока способствует реализации одного из условий, необходимых для осуществления экспорта/транзита молочных продуктов.
 
Также Владислав Котич сообщил, что «исходя из условий пандемической ситуации, Еврокомиссия будет применять принцип предварительного листинга предприятий для экспорта молдавских молочных продуктов, предложенных ANSA, и на основе предоставляемых агентством гарантий. Непосредственнопоставки молочных продуктов станут возможными после завершения процедуры листинга, утверждения Европейской комиссией списка экспортеров и его публикации на сайте DG SANTE».
 
В настоящее время право поставки молока в Евросоюз предоставлено 21 стране, не являющейся членом ЕС.
 
Справка: по данным Национального бюро статистики, в 2019 г. производство молока составило на каждого жителя РМ 139 кг.  против 279 кг. в странах ЕС.
