Кольцевую дорогу Кишинева построят за счет китайского кредита

Правительство одобрило постановление о начале переговоров по проекту Соглашения о финансировании с китайским банком «Bank of Communications сo. Ltd.», а именно с филиалом провинции Шаньдун. В частности, речь идет о проекте модернизации и строительства национальной трассы М2 - трех участков кольцевой дороги в мун.Кишинев (№ 2, 3 и 6). Для реализации этого проекта Министерство экономики и инфраструктуры подписало Меморандум о взаимопонимании с китайской компанией «China Railway 14th Bureau Group Co. LTD». Посредством этого документа китайская компания обязалась оказать содействие в получении финансирования в банковских учреждениях Китая после подписания с ней международного контракта на выполнение работ по ремонту дорог. Срок финансирования должен быть не менее 15 лет. Размер финансирования и условия кредитования еще предстоит обсудить. Кабмин также утвердил группу переговорщиков с «Bank of Communication Со». В ее состав вошли два госсекретаря Минэкономики и инфраструктуры – Юлия Костин и Анатолий Усатый, госсекретарь министерства юстиции Анатолий Мунтяну, глава Управления госдолга и глава Управления публичных инвестиций и внешней финансовой помощи Минфина Елена Матвеева и Виорел Пана, а также руководитель переговорной группы, глава Минфина Ион Кику. Стоит отметить, что в конце января правительство одобрило начало переговоров с другим банковским учреждением Китая – «Сhina Citic Bank Corporation Limited» – о выделении финансирования на проведение ремонта нескольких других участков национальных дорог. Как ожидается, переговоры коснутся получения в китайском банке кредита в размере 228 млн евро. На эти средства планируется реализовать проекты «Реабилитация национальной трассы M5, граница с Украиной-Крива-Бельцы-Кишинев-Тирасполь-граница с Украиной, сектор Крива-Бельцы» и «Национальная трасса R13, Бельцы-Флорешты - R14».
