Количество товарных знаков на алкогольную продукцию сократят на 30%

Соответствующее решение принято правительством с целью повышения эффективности управления товарными знаками и оптимизации расходов на их регистрацию, мониторинг защиты брендов, принадлежащих государству. Как отметили в Минсельхозе, на данный момент в Список товарных знаков на алкогольную продукцию, являющихся госсобственностью, включено 73 товарных знака алкогольной продукции, в том числе: вин - 40, игристых вин - 4, дивинов – 5, алкогольных напитков – 9, яблочных вин – 9, водки – 6, а также Торговый знак, логотип «Белый Аист» и его производные. Однако, как показал анализ ситуации, последние годы из общего числа товарных знаков были востребованы только 28 (38%). При этом некоторые из них были зарегистрированы дважды, другие – некорректно, а в ряде случаев был зарегистрирован только дизайн. В Минсельхозе отметили, что дальнейшее управление всем списком товарных знаков, являющихся госсобственностью, необоснованно и невозможно, учитывая, что для регистрации, перерегистрации и обеспечения их защиты требуются существенные финансовые средства. В с вязи с чем ведомство решило оптимизировать список товарных знаков на алкогольную продукцию, являющихся госсобственностью. В частности, решено сохранить в списке только ценные и используемые марки, а также включить в него новые бренды, зарегистрированные до и после 2001 года Агропромышленным агентством Moldova-vin. В частности, речь идет о таких марках как Burebista, Decebal, Traian, "Черный аист", "Лучезарный аист", "Белый аист", Frunza Alba, Barza Alba и др. Эти товарные знаки будут использоваться на основании лицензионных контрактов. Список включает 53 товарных знака вместо утвержденных ранее 73-х. В то же время решено отказаться от обновления регистрации некоторых товарных знаков, которые не представляют ценности, не используются. Они останутся в управлении Минсельхоза до истечения срока их регистрации или перерегистрации. Внесенные изменения позволят сократить ежегодные расходы госбюджета на содержание товарных знаков с 1,1 млн. леев до 795 тыс. леев (по 15 тыс. леев на один товарный знак).
