La nașterea copilului se va acorda un set de bunuri de primă necesitate

Începând cu 1 decembrie 2018, la nașterea fiecărui copil se va acorda un set de bunuri de primă necesitate pentru nou-născuți. Guvernul a aprobat Regulamentul privind asiguararea familiilor cu bunuri la nașterea copiilor. Potrivit ministrului Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale, Silvia Radu, aceasta este o acțiune proactivă a Guvernului de susținere a familiilor la nașterea copiilor. Setul de bunuri va fi de producție autohtonă și va include set lenjerie de pat pentru copii, body, jucărie de pluș, maletă, căciulă, pantaloni și ciorapi din bumbac. De asemenea, setul mai conține pachet cu scutece, șervețele umede de unică folosință și set cosmetic pentru copii (șampon-spumă, cremă, ulei etc.) Acestea sunt acordate gratuit beneficiarului după naștere, prin completarea unui formular, la care se anexează copia actului de identitate al beneficiarului și a certificatului medical constatator al nașterii. Setul de bunuri se va revizui anual în baza evaluărilor, inclusiv realizate prin aplicarea chestionarului de evaluare, aprobat de către Minister. Regulamentul prevede că va fi selectat un operator economic care va fi responsabil de depozitarea, sortarea, împachetarea, distribuirea și transmiterea cu titlu gratuit a seturilor de bunuri, prin factură fiscală/act de primire-predare. În cazul în care setul de bunuri nu va fi acordat până la externare din instituția medico-sanitară din cauza lipsei acestuia, operatorul economic va livra beneficiarului la domiciliu setul de bunuri. Pentru anul 2018, vor fi necesare mijloace financiare în sumă de 5,684 mil. lei pentru asigurarea cu bunuri a 2842 copii. Notă: Potrivit datelor Biroului Național de Statistică, în anul 2017 s-au născut 34,1 mii copii, cu 8,9% mai puțin decât în anul 2016.
