Legea fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pentru 2016 va fi publicată marți în Monitorul Oficial

Legea fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pentru anul 2016 va fi publicată mîine în Monitorul Oficial. Fondurile asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală vor fi în anul 2016 în sumă de 5 838 515,5 mii de lei. Comparativ cu anul 2015, este prognozată majorarea veniturilor fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală cu 13,1 la sută și a cheltuielilor cu 11 la sută. La elaborarea proiectului de buget au fost luate în calcul un salariu nominal mediu lunar estimat la 5050 lei pentru anul 2016, un fond de remunerare a muncii de 36,2 miliarde de lei, o rată a inflației de 10,5 la sută și produsul intern brut în mărime de 133,5 miliarde de lei. Prima de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală în formă de contribuție procentuală a fost menținută la nivelul anului 2015, de 9 la sută, din care 4,5 este achitată de angajator și 4,5 la sută de către angajat. Prima de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală în formă de sumă fixă pentru anul 2016 va constitui 4 056,0 lei. Veniturile din primele de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală pe anul 2016 vor constitui 55,8 la sută în totalul veniturilor fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală. Proiectul mai prevede majorarea cu 50 la sută a cheltuielilor pentru medicamentele compensate, majorarea volumului serviciilor de hemodializă, a mijloacelor suplimentare pentru procurarea consumabilelor costisitoare și extinderea altor servicii incluse în Programul unic. Legea fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pentru anul 2016 a fost adoptată de către Parlament pe 1 iunie curent.
