Legea privind reforma sistemului de pensii, publicată în Monitorul Oficial

Legea privind reforma sistemului de pensii a fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial din 30 decembrie. Documentul stabilește o nouă formulă de calcul al pensiilor, care va asigura interdependența dintre contribuțiile la asigurările sociale și mărimea pensiei. De asemenea, legea prevede egalarea vârstei de pensionare și a stagiului de cotizare a femeilor cu cel al bărbaţilor. Astfel, femeile și bărbații vor ieși la pensie la vârsta de 63 de ani, iar stagiul de cotizare va fi egalat și va constitui 34 de ani. O altă prevedere a legii este includerea în stagiul de cotizare a perioadei necontributive pentru părintele care a îngrijit un copil cu dizabilitate severă sub vârsta de 18 ani, persoană care a fost rezident(ă) în învățământul postuniversitar obligatoriu și persoanele care au activat în funcţia de judecător și procuror de până la 31 decembrie 2005. La fel, pentru calcularea și stabilirea pensiilor de dizabilitate se va aplica valorizarea venitului asigurat în formula de calcul și modificarea stagiului de cotizare, după cum urmează: 23 de ani – 2 ani, 23-29 ani – 4 ani, 29-33 de ani – 7 ani, 33-37 de ani – 10 ani, 37-41 de ani – 13 ani, peste 41 ani – 15 ani. Totodată, actul prevede și o nouă modalitate de stabilire a pensiei minime în raport cu venitul lunar minim garantat. Conform noii formule, pensia minimă pentru lucrătorii din agricultură va fi egalată cu cea a cetățenilor angajați în economia națională. În prezent, mărimea minimă a pensiei pentru lucrătorii din agricultură constituie 844,71 lei, iar pentru lucrătorii din economia națională 948,84 lei. Noua lege mai prevede și reexaminarea pensiilor, astfel pensionarii, care activează sau au activat în câmpul muncii după realizarea dreptului la pensie pentru limită de vârstă vor putea solicita reexaminarea pensiei odată la doi ani, cu condiția că pensia calculată este mai mare ca pensia aflată în plată.
