Лимит гарантирования депозитов физлиц увеличился в 3,3 раза

С 1 января 2018 г. вступили в силу поправки в Регламент об информировании лицензированными банками депонентов о гарантировании депозитов. Они касаются увеличения лимита гарантирования депозитов физлиц, а также корректировки некоторых категорий получателей гарантий. Соответствующие изменения, одобренные административным советом Фонда гарантирования депозитов в банковской системе, были опубликованы 29 декабря в «Monitorul oficial» № 451-463. Так, лимит гарантирования (максимальная выплачиваемая депоненту сумма) из Фонда гарантирования депозитов увеличен с 6 тыс. до 20 тыс. леев, независимо от количества и размера или валюты депозитов, размещенных в банке. Также скорректирован список депозитов, не подлежащих гарантированию. С этого года не будут гарантироваться депозиты физических лиц - акционеров банка, владеющих как минимум 1% капитала банка (до сих пор это касалось владельцев 5% ), а также вклады бывших владельцев долей в уставном капитале банка, акции которых были аннулированы в соответствии с ч. (3) ст. 156 Закона о финансовых учреждениях № 550/1995 и требования которых, вытекающие из аннулирования акций, не были выполнены. Как ожидается, предпринятые изменения благоприятно отразятся на развитии банковского сектора, позволят увеличить объемы депозитов в банковской системе и повысят уровень доверия населения к лицензированным банкам Молдовы.
