Locuințe de serviciu pentru angajații mai multor structuri ale statului

Ofițerii de investigație, militarii, unii funcționari publici, precum și alte categorii de angajaţi vor putea beneficia de locuințe de serviciu pe perioada exercitării atribuţiilor funcţionale, se menționează într-un comunicat al municipalității. Astfel, locuinţele de serviciu vor fi acordate persoanelor și membrilor familiilor lor, dacă aceștia nu deţin o locuinţă în aceeași localitate sau într-una din localitățile care se află în componența municipiului, orașului sau comunei, în care își exercită atribuțiile funcției, notează Unimedia. Solicitanții vor trebui să încheie un contract de locațiune cu angajatorul și vor achita chirie. Locuința va fi distribuită de o comisie, instituită de angajator, care va asigura respectarea normelor de acordare și folosire a locuințelor de serviciu. Conform proiectului nou al Regulamentului, deputații Parlamentului și miniștrii dețin dreptul la locuințe de serviciu și nu de locuințe cu statut special (de protocol), a explicat Olga Serbinos, șefa Direcției locuințe a MDRC. Norma suprafeţei locuibile pentru fiecare persoană în locuinţa de serviciu este egală cu norma pentru locuinţele sociale, stabilită în Legea cu privire la locuințe și constituie 9 m2 pentru fiecare persoană, iar surplusul suprafeței nu poate depăși 12 m2 pentru o familie. Potrivit oficialilor MDRC, proiectul documentului a fost supus consultărilor publice, a fost avizat de instituțiile guvernamentale, iar actualmente este în examinare la Centrul Național Anticorupție pentru efectuarea expertizei anticorupție. De asemenea, prin aprobarea acestui Regulament va fi abrogat actul legislative din perioada anilor 1984 care nu mai sunt actual și contravine Legii cu privire la locuințe.
