Mai mulţi agenţi economici au fost sancţionaţi

Şase agenţi economici vor fi chemaţi în faţa instanţei, iar alţi peste 40 vor achita amenzi de până la patru mii de lei – acestea sunt doar câteva dintre sancţiunile aplicate de către pompieri, în urma verificărilor din Piaţa Centrală, relatează Mesager. Inspecţiile au loc după explozia care a avut loc sâmbătă, 9 ianuarie. Autoritățile municipale spun că sunt cu mâinile legate, pentru că nu au pârghiile necesare pentru a sancţiona agenţii economici care nu respectă legea. Responsabilii din cadrul direcţiei Comerţ, Alimentație Publică și Prestări Servicii susțin că au dreptul să facă verificări doar în baza sesizărilor. Şi specialiştii din cadrul Centrul de Sănătate Publică afirmă că pot efectua verificări doar o dată în an, cu preîntâmpinarea agenţilor economici. Primarul capitalei, Dorin Chirtoacă, a dispus să fie retrase autorizaţiile de funcţionare de la agenţii economici care au încălcat normele antiincendiare. Oamenii legii vor continua verificările în Piaţa Centrală până în data de 15 ianuarie. În funcţie de neregulile depistate, comercianţii riscă amenzi de până la patru mii de lei.
