Mai mulţi bani pentru şcoli în anul 2015

Şcolile vor primi mai mulţi bani de la stat. Guvernul a majorat cele două componente în baza cărora se face finanţarea instituţiilor de învăţămînt – costul per elev şi normativul pe şcoală. Astfel, suma alocată per elev a crescut în anul curent până la 8.771 lei, cu 1.842 de lei mai mult comparativ cu anul 2014. Ministerul Educaţiei aminteşte că, începând cu luna ianuarie 2013, toate instituţiile de învăţămînt general sînt finanţate după o nouă formulă care presupune că şcolile primesc resurse de la stat în funcţie de numărul de elevi. În ultimii doi ani, după trecerea la noua formulă de finanţare, tot mai multe instituţii de învăţămînt general din ţară au devenit gestionari ai propriilor bugete. Astfel, la sfîrşitul anului 2014 circa 72 % din şcolile din ţară (929 din 1.283) activau în condiţii de autogestiune. Celelalte şcoli sînt finanţate prin intermediul direcţiilor raionale/municipale de învăţământ. În unele raioane, toate instituţiile au trecut la autogestiune (Hînceşti, Nisporeni, Ungheni, Cantemir, Căuşeni, Edineţ, Glodeni, Ialoveni, Ocniţa, Rezina, Taraclia şi UTA Găgăuzia), în timp ce în altele acest proces este la început de cale. Astfel, în municipiul Bălţi şi în raionul Briceni nu există nicio instituţie în condiţii de autogestiune financiară. În acelaşi timp, în municipiul Chişinău doar 23% dintre instituţii îşi gestionează bugetul în mod independent.
