Mai multe antrepozite vamale să-și piardă autorizația de funcționare

Serviciul Vamal a finalizat cea de-a doua etapă a evaluării activității antrepozitelor vamale care a inclus informații detaliate privind infrastructura și capacitatea de stocare a acestora, funcționalitatea tehnicii de control, respectarea normelor de securitate, precum și destinația finală a tuturor categoriilor de mărfuri plasate. Rezultatele celei de-a doua inspecții au relevat o serie de nereguli admise de către titularii declarației vamale de antrepozitare, precum și irelevanța continuării funcționării unora dintre entitățile vizate pe motiv că acestea nu mai activează. În cazul acestora a fost dispusă inițierea unei proceduri de lichidare, care va fi efectuată în baza unei dispoziții emise de către organul vamal. Referitor la antrepozitele vamale în activitatea cărora au fost depistate încălcări grave privind respectarea prevederilor regimurilor suspensive, membrii grupului de control au propus extinderea verificărilor nemijlocit în cadrul procesului de vămuire. Tot în cadrul acestor inspecții urmează a fi stabilită destinația reală a mărfurilor declarate a fi reexportate, în vederea excluderii riscului plasării acestora pe piața autohtonă fără perceperea drepturilor de import aferente. Potrivit datelor preliminare, șapte antrepozite vamale nu întrunesc condițiile necesare de funcționare, generând, totodată, suspiciuni referitor la legalitatea și transparența tranzacțiilor desfășurate în acest regim facilitar. Directorul General al Serviciului Vamal, Vitalie Vrabie a reiterat necesitatea unei monitorizări stricte a acestor operațiuni, menționând că măsurile întreprinse sunt orientate spre asigurarea securității economice a statului și promovarea unei concurențe loiale în rândul antreprenorilor. Amintim că, actualmente, valoarea mărfurilor stocate în toate cele 50 de antrepozite vamale este estimată la aproximativ 1 mlrd. de lei, iar o administrare ineficientă a acestui domeniu ar putea cauza prejudicii considerabile bugetului de stat.
