Mai mulți agenți economici, amendați

Produse comercializate fără a fi indicate denumirea şi marca producătorului, adresa acestuia, compoziţia produsului, modul de utilizare și întreținere, termenul de valabilitate, dar și alte nereguli au fost depistate de către inspectori în perioada 24 august - 5 septembrie 2015. În rezultatul controalelor, s-au descoperit un șir de încălcări, mai mulți agenți economici comercializau nu aveau indicatoarele de prețuri ceea ce este contrar legii. Totodată, lipsea și informația pentru consumatori privind adresa și numărul de telefon al autorității abilitate cu funcții de protecție a consumatorilor, a informației privind obligativitatea prezenței bonului de casă sau a unui alt document, care confirmă faptul cumpărării produsului la examinarea reclamației, încâlcindu-se prevederile art. 25, alin. (12) a Legii nr.105-XV din 13.03.2003 privind protecţia consumatorilor. Inspectorii Agenției au întocmit procese verbale privind sancționarea agenților economici conform Codului Contravențional al Republicii Moldova și au eliberat prescripţie de înlăturare a neconformităților și de interzicerea temporară a loturilor de produse.
