Mâine expiră primul termen de achitare a impozitului imobiliar pentru 2019

Mâine, 15 august 2019, se încheie termenul limită în care proprietarii de bunuri imobiliare pot să achite prima parte a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare. Reamintim că potrivit prevederilor Codului fiscal al Republicii Moldova, impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare se achită în bugetul unității administrativ-teritoriale, conform locului de amplasare a bunului imobiliar, în două părți egale, până la data de 15 august și, respectiv, 15 octombrie. Pentru neplata impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare în termenii prevăzuți, se aplică, conform prevederilor art.228 alin. (2) din CF, majorare de întârziere, pentru fiecare zi de întârziere, pentru perioada care începe după scadența impozitului și care se încheie în ziua plății efective inclusiv. Astfel, majorarea de întârziere pentru anul 2019 este stabilită în mărime de 0,0329% per zi. Totodată, SFS anunță că 80% dintre proprietarii de bunuri imobiliare și-au exercitat obligația de achitare a impozitului imobiliar și al celui funciar până la data de 30 iunie 2019.
