Majorarea cu 20% a salariilor asistenților sociali comunitari, aprobată

Guvernul a aprobat, în cadrul ședinței de ieri, majorarea cu 20 la sută a salariilor la asistenții sociali comunitari, incepând cu 1 ianuarie curent. Modificările și completările la Hotărârea Guvernului „Cu privire la condițiile de salarizare a personalului din unitățile bugetare” reglementează și modul de acordare a premiilor pentru întreg personalul instituției și nu doar a conducătorului, cum era prevăzut până în prezent. De salarii majorate vor beneficia cei peste 1150 de asistenţi sociali comunitari angajați în Republica Moldova. Remunerarea acestei categorii de salariați, în anul 2017, va costa bugetul 12,6 mil. de lei, iar premiile urmează a fi achitate din economiile mijloacelor destinate retribuirii muncii pentru anul respective. De asemenea este prevăzut, că cuantumul premiului unic nu poate depăși salariul de funcție al angajatului.
