Majorarea nivelului salariului tarifar pentru I categorie de calificare în ramura construcțiilor

La 1 octombrie 2021 a intrat în vigoare Acordul de modificare a Convenției colective în ramura construcțiilor pentru anii 2018-2022. Documentul prevede stabilirea nivelului salariului tarifar pentru I categorie de calificare, coeficientul și valoarea minimă a salariului pentru unitățile care aplică sisteme netarifare de salarizare, inclusiv următorii pașii pentru asigurarea creșterii salariului în ramura construcțiilor și a industriei materialelor de construcții. Cu toate acestea, semnatarii și-au asumat angajamentul de a negocia în continuare majorarea salariului în ramură care ar urma să fie pus în aplicare din 1 ianuarie 2022.

 

Partenerii sociali (și, respectiv, părțile semnatare) sunt:

  • Ministerul Infrastructurii și Dezvoltării Regionale al Republicii Moldova;
  • Federația Sindicatelor din Construcții și Industria Materialelor din Construcții ”SINDICONS”;
  • Federația Patronatului din Construcții și Producere a Materialelor de Construcții din Republica Moldova;
  • Federația Patronală a Constructorilor Drumarilor și a Producătorilor Materialelor de Construcții „CONDRUMAT”.

 

Astfel, de la 1 octombrie 2021 salariul minim tarifar pentru categoria I de calificare a sporit de la 3100 lei până la 3815 de lei, iar suma minimă a salariului pentru unitățile care aplică sisteme netarifare de salarizare va constitui:

- 2935 lei – pentru muncitorii necalificați;
- 3522 lei – pentru muncitorii de calificare medie;
- 4109 lei – pentru muncitori de calificare superioară;
- 4402 lei – pentru specialiști;
- 5870 lei – pentru personalul de conducere.

 

În același timp, sindicaliștii au declarat că vor depune efort ca în procesul de negocieri ce va continua să fie acceptat un salariu minim în ramură de 6000 lei, iar acesta să fie aplicat din 1 ianuarie 2022.
