Maladiile oncologice vor fi tratate și în instituțiile private

Instituțiile medico-sanitare private, care vor fi licențiate și acreditate, vor putea acorda servicii medicale de profilaxie, diagnostic, tratament și supraveghere în domeniul oncologic. Proiectul ce prevede acordarea dreptului de participare deplină a instituțiilor medico-sanitare private în acordarea asistenței medicale persoanelor care suferă de boli de cancer a fost votat în lectură finală de Parlament. Actualmente, în țara noastră acești pacienți beneficiază de asistență doar în cadrul Spitalului Oncologic, care, deseori, nu face față din cauza numărului prea mare de solicitanți, precum și din cauza aparatajului medical neperformant, care este foarte costisitor, bolnavii fiind nevoiți să se trateze peste hotare. Beneficiile în urma implementării proiectului ar fi: • dezvoltarea mai accelerată a infrastructurii pentru prestarea serviciilor medicale din spectrul dat, prin realizarea de către agenții economici privați a investițiilor • crearea în țară a unor alternative reale pentru pacienți de a selecta instituția medicală și medicii în tratamentul maladiilor oncologice • diminuarea fluxului de pacienți din Republica Moldova, care apelează la tratament în străinătate • crearea noilor locuri de muncă • sporirea contribuțiilor la bugetul public din contul activității instituțiilor medico-sanitare private. În proiect se mai menționează că instituțiile medico-sanitare private sunt dotate corespunzător pentru a presta servicii medicale calitative. Președintele Comisiei protecție socială, sănătate și familie, Valentina Buliga , a menționat câ proiectul a fost consultat în cadrul audierilor publice cu participarea ministrului Sănătății, reprezentanților Institului Oncologic, reprezentanților societății civile și a instituțiilor medico-sanitare, care au susținut conceptul proiectului. Tratarea bolilor de cancer de către sectorul privat s-a dovedit o experiență destul de bună în țări precum Austria, Japonia, Israel, SUA, Germania, dar și în țări cu economii mai slabe. Prevederile ar putea fi aplicate începând cu 1 ianuarie 2018.
