MEI, deschis pentru discuții și schimb de opinii cu comunitatea de afaceri

Noi dorim să transformăm Republica Moldova într-o platformă atractivă pentru investiții, într-un centru regional, capabil să furnizeze produse și servicii de calitate atât pentru piața internă, cât și cea externă. Declarația a fost făcută de viceprim-ministrul, Octavian Calmîc, ministru al Economiei și Infrastructurii, în cadrul unui mic dejun de afaceri cu membrii Asociației Investitorilor Străini (FIA). În cadrul dialogului, vicepremierul Octavian Calmîc a vorbit despre agenda Guvernului și Ministerului Economiei și Infrastructurii pe termen scurt și mediu în toate sectoarele economiei naționale, în special la capitolul atragerii investițiilor străine directe în Republica Moldova, susținerii mediului de afaceri, etc. Octavian Calmîc a vorbit și despre politicile care urmează a fi implementate de autorități în domeniul bugetar-fiscal, reformei regulatorii, armonizării legislației naționale, etc., scopul final al cărora constă în crearea unui mediu favorabil pentru activitatea agenților economici. ”Ministerul Economiei și Infrastructurii depune toate eforturile pentru atragerea investițiilor în Republica Moldova, crearea unui mediu favorabil pentru activitatea investitorilor, dar astăzi avem nevoie și de un suport din partea mediului de afaceri în promovarea acestor politici, a unei deschideri mai mari în procesul de identificare și soluționare a problemelor care apar în procesul de realizare a proiectelor investiționale sau de altă natură”, a accentuat ministrul Calmîc. În context, vicepremierul a îndemnat membrii FIA să vină cu propuneri de îmbunătățire a politicilor şi să semnaleze instituția ori de câte ori apar situații ce ar putea prejudicia climatul de afaceri. Alexander Koss, președintele FIA, a declarat că asociația va continua să susțină eforturile autorităților în crearea unui mediu de afaceri prietenos pentru investitori și a salutat deschiderea autorităților pentru discuții și schimb de opinii cu comunitatea de afaceri. Membrii FIA au abordat un șir de probleme, soluționarea cărora, în opinia lor, va permite eliminarea mai multor bariere în activitatea companiilor, va facilita dezvoltarea acestora, va duce la creșterea volumului de mărfuri produse, etc. În acestă ordine de idei, au fost discutate problemele legate de arenda terenurilor agricole, gestionarea și consolidarea acestora, utilizarea resurselor de apă, impozitului de "lux" plătit de operatorii de telefonie mobilă, colectarea și prelucrarea deșeurilor, ”salariile în plic”, etc.
