Miercuri se decide soarta BEM, Banca Socială și Unibank

În această miercuri ar putea fi decisă soarta Băncii de Economii, Băncii Sociale și Unibank. Într-un interviu acordat adevarul.md, premierul Valeriu Streleț a declarat că săptămâna aceasta ar putea fi luată decizia de lichidare a băncilor cu probleme. Streleț a spus că lichidarea celor trei bănci este una dintre prioritățile lui. Am abordat la Consiliul Naţional pentru Stabilitate Financiară (CNSF) anume acest subiect - investigarea în continuare a situaţiei, aşa-numita faza a doua a Raportului Kroll, elaborarea caietului de sarcini pentru selectarea unei companii internaţionale. Am convenit şi asupra unor măsuri foarte hotărâte şi, practic, imediate pe care trebuie să le întreprindem pentru a aduce la îndeplinire deciziile precedente ale privind aceste trei bănci cu probleme. Miercuri, noi ne vom mai întruni încă o dată, deja cu caietul de sarcini rectificat, pentru selectarea acestei companii şi pentru a aproba planul de acţiuni privind procesul de transfer a conturilor trezoreriale, a obligaţiunilor privind achitarea plăţilor sociale şi pensiilor din aceste trei bănci la alte trei bănci, pentru a face o serie de alte acţiuni care vizează transferul de depozite de la aceste bănci la altele, a vorbit streleț. El a mai spus că lichidarea băncilor este necesară „din motiv că ele deja sunt o povară pentru sistemul financiar-bancar al Republicii Moldova. Vă asigur că acţiunile, în acest sens, vor fi prompte, etapizate şi cu rezultate”, a afirmat premierul. Valeriu Streleț a mai menționat că patru sau cinci bănci vor prelua atribuțiile BEM, a Băncii Sociale și Unibank ca atunci când va fi retrasă licența lor să nu existe blocaje în sistem. Prim-ministrul a spus că a doua etapă a investigației ar putea fi continuată atât de compania Kroll, cât și de o altă companie. Cu siguranţă trebuie să vină şi o ofertă din partea unei companii juridice, care să acţioneze în consorţiu cu compania de investigaţie financiară. Sunt foarte multe acţiuni juridice la faza de recuperare, a adăugat Streleț.
