Ministerul Finanţelor vine cu precizări

Cu privire la interpretările eronate apărute în presă privind asistența macrofinanciară și suportul bugetar oferit Republicii Moldova de către Uniunea Europeană, Ministerul Finanțelor precizează că acestea sunt finanțări separate. Acestea diferă, atât prin sumă de bani alocată, cât și prin condițiile de acordare. Suportul bugetar din partea UE este acordat sub formă de granturi pentru reformele sectoriale implementate deja, în anul 2016. În urma evaluării, Comisia Europenă a decis acordarea suportului bugetar pentru 4 programe, și anume: liberalizarea regimului de vize, reforma în domeniul finanțelor publice, liberalizarea comerțului și reforma poliției. În acest sens, în luna decembrie a.c. urmează să fie debursați 21,5 mil. euro. Despre acest fapt a anunțat Guvernul Republicii Moldova pe 23 noiembrie curent, ca urmare a discuțiilor dintre Prim-ministrul Pavel Filip și Comisarul European pentru Politica de Vecinătate şi Negocieri pentru Extindere, Johannes Hahn. Totodată, pe 23 noiembrie, la Bruxelles, Ministrul Finanțelor, Octavian Armașu , și Guvernatorul Băncii Naționale a Moldovei, Sergiu Cioclea, din partea Republicii Moldova și Comisarul European pentru Afaceri Economice și Financiare, Impozitare și Vamă, Pierre Moscovici, din partea Uniunii Europene, au semnat pachetul de documente privind acordarea asistenței macrofinanciare de 100 mil. euro țării noastre. 40 mil. euro urmează să fie acordate sub formă de grant, iar 60 mil. euro – sub formă de împrumut. Acordul urmează să treacă prin procedura de ratificare, atât de către Republica Moldova, cât și de către Uniunea Europeană. Menționăm că asistența macrofinanciară va fi acordată țării noastre în trei tranșe, și doar după evaluarea de către UE a respectării acțiunilor agreate pentru fiecare tranșă. În total, au fost convenite 28 de acțiuni.
