Ministerul Finanțelor: consultarea proiectului de lege, ce reglementează activitatea independentă a comerţului cu amănuntul

Ministerul Finanţelor a elaborat Proiectul privind aprobarea unor formulare tipizate aferente activităţii persoanelor fizice care practică activitate independentă în domeniul comerţului cu amănuntul și-l propune spre consultare. Proiectul de lege conține cerințele de înregistrare, precum și cele de încetare a activității independente. Astfel, potrivit documentului, pentru înregistrarea activității independente și a mașinii de casă și control, persoana fizică trebuie să depună la subdiviziunea Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, în a cărui rază teritorială de deservire îşi are adresa de domiciliu, o cerere aprobată de către Ministerul Finanțelor. Totodată, la cerere se prezintă și următoarele documente - copia buletinului de identitate, copia de pe documentul ce atestă procurarea legală a mașinii de casă și control de pe piața internă, contractul privind asistența tehnică pentru mașinile de casă și control. De asemenea, agentul economic prezintă și cartea tehnică a mașinii de casă și control, registrul de evidență a serviciilor de asistență tehnică pentru aceste aparate, instrucțiunile de folosire, instalare, exploatare și întreținere a mașinilor de casă și control, precum și copia documentului eliberat de instituția financiară, ce confirmă deschiderea contului bancar. Cât privește încetarea activităţii independente și radierea din evidență a mașinii de casă și control, persoana fizică trebuie să prezintă cartela de înregistrare a mașinii de casă și control, cartea tehnică sau pașaportul, registrul de evidență a serviciilor de asistență tehnică pentru mașini și o informație despre închiderea conturilor bancare. Procesul de înregistrare sau radiere din evidență a mașinii de casă și control derulează în conformitate cu prevederile Regulamentului cu privire la modul de înregistrare și exercitare a controlului asupra utilizării mașinilor de casă și control aprobat prin Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr.146 din 23 octombrie 2014.
