Ministerul Sănătății propune majorarea indemnizației unice pentru tinerii specialiști

Ministerul Sănătății propune spre consultare un proiect de lege care prevede o majorare cu 50 la sută a indemnizației unice pentru tinerii specialiști încadrați în câmpul muncii în mediul rural, conform repartizării Ministerului Sănătății. Astfel, indemnizaţia unică pentru medici şi farmacişti va crește de la 30 mii lei după cum prevede legislația la moment, la 45 mii lei. Totodată, pentru personalul medical şi farmaceutic mediu, indemnizația unică se va majora de la 24 mii lei la 36 mii lei. Potrivit proiectului, prima tranșă se va achita după prima lună de activitate și va constitui 11,25 mii lei pentru medici şi farmacişti și câte 9 mii lei pentru personalul medical şi farmaceutic mediu, şi, ulterior, la finele fiecărui an de activitate. Achitarea indemnizațiilor se va efectua din mijloacele financiare, prevăzute anual în Legea bugetului de stat, prin intermediul bugetelor instituțiilor medico-sanitare, unde vor fi repartizați tinerii specialiști. Conform datelor prezentate de către Ministerul Sănătății, anual cca 1/3 din tinerii specialiști, care au urmat o pregătire de 9-10 ani în domeniu, cu investiții materiale și intelectuale considerabile, nu doresc să continue activitatea de muncă în sistemul public al sănătății.
