Ministerul Transporturilor a anulat contractul cu firma română care urma să repare traseul Chişinău-Giurgiuleşti

Ministerul Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii Drumurilor (MTID) a anunţat că a reziliat contractul cu întreprinderea „Pa&Co International SRL” din România, care a fost selectată în cadrul unei licitații internaționale să repare traseul M3 Chişinău-Giurgiuleşti. Această decizie, care este o premieră pentru R. Moldova, a fost luată după o serie de tentative eşuate de a ajuta antreprenorul să îndeplinească lucrările conform documentaţiei de licitaţie. Incapacitatea antreprenorului de a produce progres pe acest contract (aproape 2,6% din volumul lucrărilor) şi eşecul total de a asigura un management adecvat al traficului a determinat conducerea MTID şi cea a Unităţii de implementare a proiectului să rezilieze prezentul contract, se indică într-un comunicat al ministerului. Contractul reziliat include porțiunea de drum de la kilometrul 151 pînă la km 171 de pe traseul Ciumai-Vulcănești și tronsonul de la kilometrul 179 pînă la km 190 de pe sectorul Vulcănești – acces spre satul Cișmichioi. Ministrul de resort Iurie Chirinciuc a dispus ca pe porţiunea indicată în contract să fie efectuate un şir de lucrări urgente ce vor face acest drum operaţional în perioada rece a anului. Totodată, pînă în primăvară vor fi pregătite documentele pentru relicitarea acestui sector de drum, astfel încît în vara anului 2017 să înceapă alte lucrări. Contractele cu agentul economic din România au fost semnate în martie 2014, iar lucrările au început în august 2014. Conform contractului, termenul de realizare a lucrărilor este de doi ani plus 365 de zile - perioadă de notificare a defectelor. Darea în exploatare a lucrărilor urma să fie făcută pe 28 august 2016. Valoarea contractului semnat cu firma din România constituie 19 mil. euro, bani oferiţi sub formă de împrumut de Banca Europeană pentru Reconstrucţii şi Dezvoltare.
