Modificarea termenului de stingere a obligaţiei fiscale, simplificată

În cadrul solicitării de către contribuabil a modificării termenului de stingere a obligației fiscale, actul emis de Agenția Servicii Publice ce confirmă faptul că contribuabilul solicitant nu se află în procedură de insolvabilitate/ lichidare ar putea fi exclus din lista documentelor prezentate Serviciului Fiscal de Stat. În acest sens, Ministerul Finanțelor a elaborat un proiect  de modificare a unor ordine și îl propune spre consultare publică.
 
Astfel, este propusă modificarea Ordinului Ministerului Finanțelor nr.55 din 2 martie 2018  prin excluderea necesității prezentării către SFS a informației respective, modificările având ca scop eliminarea anumitor etape birocratice în procesul de solicitare a modificării termenului de stingere a obligaţiei fiscale.

 

Totodată, proiectul prevede modificarea Ordinului Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 105 din 28 iulie 2016 cu privire la aprobarea unor formulare aferente modificării termenului de stingere a obligaţiei fiscale prin amînare sau eşalonare, fiind propusă stabilirea obligativității rezilierii contractului în cazul în care contribuabilul stinge complet obligația fiscală înaintea termenului prevăzut de contract sau în cazul intentării procesului de insolvabilitate.

 

Proiectul poate fi consultat până la 5 august.
