Modificări la Codul contravențional: amendă pentru falsificarea datelor privind distanța parcursă de automobile

Codul contravențional ar putea fi modificat, la propunerea a doi deputați, care propun amenzi de mii de lei pentru cei care falsifică datele privind distanța parcursă de automobile, pentru a crea falsa impresie că sunt mai puțin uzate. Potrivit autorilor documentului, vânzătorii de automobile manipulează datele odometrului pentru a micșora distanța parcursă. Astfel, prețurile pentru automobile sunt crescute artificial. Deputații argumentează că falsificarea datelor odometrului ar trebui sancținată contravențional, deoarece generează numeroase riscuri, printre care cheltuieli în plus pentru proprietar, dar și accidente rutiere, ceea ce este mult mai grav. Astfel, manipularea odometrului la orice tip de autovehicul se va sancționa cu 100-150 unități convenționale pentru persoane fizice și 400–450 unități convenționale pentru persoane juridice, adică 7,5 mii lei pentru persoane fizice și peste 22 mii lei pentru cele juridice.
