Modificări și completări la Declaraţia persoanei fizice cu privire la impozitul pe venit (CET15)

Potrivit Hotărîrii Guvernului nr. 1410 din 27.12.2016, a fost modificate și completate anexele nr.1 şi nr.2 la Hotărîrea Guvernului nr.834 din 01.12.2015 „Pentru aprobarea formularului CET15 - Declaraţia persoanei fizice cu privire la impozitul pe venit şi a Regulamentului privind modul de completare a acesteia”. Formularul CET15 - Declaraţia persoanei fizice cu privire la impozitul pe venit, a suferit mai multe modificări. Astfel, la compartimentul C coloana 1 de la codul C2, se va reflecta indicatorul din pct. K9 „Suma impozabilă a creşterii de capital" și nu indicatorul din pct.K8 „Suma pierderilor de capital transferate din anul fiscal" cum era până în prezent. Totodată, în compartimentul F, coloana 1 de la codul F1 se va indica venitul impozabil până la constatarea sumei donaţiilor mijloacelor băneşti în scopuri fiscale. Anterior, aici se indica venitul impozabil până la deducerea sumei donațiilor în scopuri filantropice sau de sponsorizare permise spre deducere. La coloana 1 de la codul F2, se va indica constatarea veniturilor sub formă de donaţie a mijloacelor băneşti în scopuri fiscale (se indică valoarea pozitivă obţinută din diferenţa (F2.1-F1)). Anterior se indica suma donaţiilor în scopuri filantropice sau de sponsorizare (se indică suma minimă din cele indicate la pct.F2.1 şi F2.2). Este modificat și conținutul codului F2.1 de la coloana 1. Astfel, aici se va indica suma donaţiei mijloacelor băneşti efectuate (conform art.21 din Codul fiscal), iar codul F2.2 în care se indica donațiile total efectuate în scopuri filantropice sau de sponsorizare a fost exclus. Modificări de redacție a suferit coloana 1 de la codul F4, coloana 1 de la codul F8, coloana 1 de la codul F9, coloana 1 de la codul H3, coloana 1 de la codul J1, coloana 1 de la codul J2 și secţiunea a patra compartimentul K codul K9, varianta română. În baza modificărilor declaraţiei, a fost modificat și Regulamentul privind modul de completare a Declarației persoanei fizice cu privire la impozitul pe venit (Formularul CET15). Prezenta hotărâre a intrat în vigoare din 30 decembrie 2016, data publicării.
