Молдавские эмигранты собирают средства для финансирования проектов на родине

Собранные средства планируется направить на обновление инфраструктуры ряда населенных пунктов республики, создание лучших условий жизни. Акция проходит в рамках проекта ПРООН при финансовой поддержке правительства Швейцарии. Проект «Миграция и местное развитие» стартовал год назад в 25 селах и городах страны. Были созданы Ассоциации местных жителей, в состав которых вошли эмигранты из Молдовы. Вместе с местными властями они обсуждают и определяют проблемы, которые нуждаются в срочном разрешении. Чаще всего эмигранты хотят помочь в строительстве систем канализации, водоснабжения, налаживании уличного освящения, ремонту детских садов и игровых площадок. Есть и более крупные проекты, как например, строительство домов для престарелых, - сказала координатор проекта Оксана Мэчука. Общение между эмигрантами и местными органами власти проходит посредством он-лайн платформы. Ассоциацию, в которую входят свыше 130 эмигрантов, создали в селе Лозова. Проект, который мы намерены реализовать при поддержке эмигрантов в этом селе, предусматривает открытие учебно-культурного центра с игровой площадкой для детей, музеем села, мастерскими для народных умельцев, - отметила Оксана Мэчука. По официальной статистике, более 400 тысяч граждан Молдовы живут и работают за рубежом.
