„Moldelectrica”, eliberată de garantarea împrumutului

Î.S. „Moldelectrica” a fost scutită de obligația de  a garanta rambursarea împrumutului recreditat de Ministerul Finanțelor în vederea realizării unui proiect. În Monitorul Oficial a fost publicată Legea nr. 90 din 11 iunie 2020 privind eliberarea Î.S. „Moldelectrica” de obligația de a garanta rambursarea împrumutului.
 
Astfel, prin derogare de la prevederile art. 29 alin. (4) din Legea cu privire la datoria sectorului public, garanțiile de stat și recreditarea de stat se permite, cu titlu de excepție, este prevăzută eliberarea Î.S. „Moldelectrica” de obligația de a garanta rambursarea împrumutului recreditat de Ministerul Finanțelor în vederea realizării proiectului „Interconectarea rețelelor de energie electrică dintre Republica Moldova şi România, Faza I”.

 

Amintim că, pentru realizarea proiectului indicat, a fost obținută finanțarea conform Acordului de împrumut dintre Republica Moldova și Banca Europeană pentru Reconstrucție şi Dezvoltare în valoare de 80 de mil. de euro; conform Contractului de finanțare dintre Republica Moldova și Banca Europeană de Investiții în valoare de 80 de mil. de euro și conform acordurilor de finanțare dintre Republica Moldova și Asociația Internațională pentru Dezvoltare în valoare de 47,9 mil. de euro și, respectiv, 13,1 mil. de euro.
