Moldova a urcat în topul libertății economice realizat de Fraser Institute

Republica Moldova a urcat patru poziții în topul libertății economice realizat de institutul canadian Fraser Institute pînă pe locul 99 în lume, față de poziția 103 pe care a fost plasată în anul 2015. Cu 6,72 puncte din zece posibile, Moldova și-a îmbunătățit performanța față de anul trecut, cînd a acumulat 6,63 puncte și devansează în clasament țări, ca Federația Rusă, Serbia, Ucraina și altele, și s-a situat după Slovenia și Sriname, potrivit studiului „Economic Freedom of the World: 2016 Annual Report”. Raportul a fost realizat de experții de la Fraser Institute care au luat în calcul datele disponibile pentru 2014. De altfel, aceștia obișnuiesc să actualizeze datele și, din acest motiv, potrivit noului raport, scorul Republicii Moldova din anul trecut apare revizuit la 6,64 și locul 100 în top. Printre primele 30 de ţări cu cele mai libere economii se numără Georgia (locul 5), Lituania (15), Armenia (18), Estonia (locul 19), România (22). Ucraina este plasată în subsolul clasamentului (locul 135). Cele mai înalte rezultate în clasamentul Fraser, la fel ca și în anul 2015, le-au obţinut Hon Kong, Singapore și Noua Zeelandă, urmate de Elveția și Canada. Raportul realizat de Fraser Institute analizează gradul în care politicile şi instituţiile unei ţări susţin libertatea economică prin intermediul a 42 de indicatori care se grupează după cinci domenii majore: mărimea intervenţiei Guvernului în economie determinată ca nivel al cheltuielilor guvernamentale, al impozitelor şi taxelor, întreprinderi publice), structura sistemului juridic şi protejarea drepturilor de proprietate, stabilitatea monetară, libertatea comerţului internaţional, reglementări în domeniul creditării bancare, al muncii și mediului de afaceri. Un punctaj mai apropiat de 10 indică un nivel mai ridicat de libertate economică. Republica Moldova a luat un punctaj de 9,7 puncte (locul 19 în lume) în domeniul creditării bancare. Cele mai joase puncte, respectiv 5,5 și 5,9, le-a luat la capitolele reglementarea pieței muncii și a afacerilor. La aceste compartimente Moldova a ocupat locurile 115 și 130. Protejarea drepturilor la proprietate continuă să fie o verigă slabă a economiei moldovenești, constată experții străini. Institutul Fraser este o organizație publică canadiană independentă de cercetare și de învățămînt, cu o rețea globală de 86 de filiale.
