Moldova şi Ucraina: proiecte comune în domeniul transportului şi infrastructurii drumurilor

Reprezentanţii ministerelor de profil din Moldova şi Ucraina examinează la Chişinău probleme cooperării şi implementării proiectelor în domeniul transportului şi infrastructurii drumurilor. În special, discuţii în acest sens vor fi purtate la 28-29 iulie 2016 de către membrii delegaţiei Ministerului Infrastructurii din Ucraina şi reprezentanții Ministerului Transporturilor și Infrastructurii Drumurilor din Moldova. Grupurile de lucru sînt conduse de viceministrul de profil de la Kiev Victor Dovgani și viceminiștrii din parte RM Vitalie Rapcea și Sergiu Bucataru. În cadrul discuţiei se va examina conexiunea suplimentară la coridorul TEN-T Edineț-Otaci-Moghilov-Podolsk-Vinnița; reparația porțiunii de drum de la punctul de trece al frontierei Tudora-Starokazacie pînă la traseul M15 Odessa-Reni; reparația unei porțiunii din traseul M13 de la vama Goian Nou – Platonov pînă la traseul M05 Kiev-Odessa (Liubașevka). De asemenea, vor fi examinate propunerile de a construi un pod peste Nistru în regiunea Soroca-Iampoli şi deschiderea circulației pe podul de pe Nistru între localitățile Unguri și Bronița. În domeniul transportului rutier părţile vor examina gradul de pregătire pentru semnarea Protocolului de modificare a Acordului privind transportul rutier internațional, semnat pe 20 martie 1993. În document urmează a fi incluse prevederile de liberalizare a traficului de mărfuri, dar și călători între cele două state. Părţile vor discuta şi extinderea accesului transportatorilor pe teritoriul celor două ţări. În domeniul transportului feroviar, reprezentanţii ministerelor de profil ale celor două ţări vor analiza perspectivele de organizare a transportului de mărfuri din Asia în Europa. Tranzitarea teritoriului RM; dezvoltarea coridoarelor de transport feroviar Marea Neagră – Marea Baltică – Marea Caspică; reabilitarea porțiunii căii ferate dintre Basarabeasca și Berezino; deschiderea cursei feroviare Chișinău-Odesa.
