Moldova IT Park are primii rezidenți

Asociația Moldova IT Park a semnat ieri contractele cu primele 47 de companii care au devenit oficial rezidenți ai primului Park IT din Republica Moldova. Reprezentanții asociației susțin că aceasta este o premieră mondială, or, un asemenea model antreprenorial nu există deocamdată nicăieri în lume.  Companiile rezidente vor beneficia de mai multe avantaje. Spre exmplu, acestea vor achita un impozit unic de 7% din venitul pe vânzări. „Acest fapt ar însemna punerea în funcțiune a acelei platforme organizaționale, proiectate de Guvern, cu mecanisme şi facilități inovative, atât de necesare industriei IT autohtone. Și este și acea stimulare pe care o aștepta industria, pentru ca să poată vorbi la prezent și cu încredere despre crearea de noi locuri de muncă și atragerea investițiilor locale şi străine”, susține Administratorul „Moldova IT Park”, Serghei Voitovschii. Un alt avantaj al parcului IT este faptul că acesta rămâne o entitate virtuală . El nu necesită investiții în infrastructură, aspecte logistice și cheltuieli care să derive din întreținerea acestei infrastructuri. Mărimea cotizațiilor rezidenților parcului se calculează după o formulă unică, stipulată în Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1144 din 20.12.2017 și anume: cheltuielile anuale prognozate ale parcului IT se raportează la suma veniturilor prognozate ale tuturor rezidenților, înmulțită la venitul prognozat al companiei pentru care se calculează cotizația. Totodată, salariații rezidenților parcului beneficiază de toate tipurile de prestații de asigurări sociale de stat din bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat, conform legislaţiei în vigoare. Legea nr. 77 cu privire la parcurile IT a intrat în vigoare la 1 ianuarie 2017. Pe 26 octombrie, 15 companii din cadrul ATIC au depus la Ministerul Economiei și Infrastructurii al RM o cerere de constituire a „Moldova IT Park”. Pe 20 decembrie 2017 Guvernul a aprobat Regulamentul de organizare și funcționare a administrației parcului și Regulamentul de înregistrare a rezidenţilor, aprobate prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1144 din 20.12.2017. Ca urmare, pe 1 ianuarie 2018 „Moldova IT Park” și-a început activitatea ca autoritate administrativă. Parcul IT este fondat pe un termen de 10 ani, timp în care se planifică atragerea a circa 400 de companii IT din Republica Moldova.
