Молдова ратифицирует еще два соглашения о социальном обеспечении

Ряд парламентских комиссий одобрили заключения по двум законопроектам о ратификации Соглашений о социальном обеспечении –  между Республикой Молдова и Грецией и Республикой Молдова и Италией. Проекты предусматривают, что граждане Республики Молдова, которые легально работают или работали в указанных странах могут получить право на социальные пособия от этих государств по достижении пенсионного возраста. Напоминаем, Соглашение с Италией было подписано в Риме 18 июня 2021 г., а с Грецией – 8 сентября текущего года. Процесс их разработки и согласования потребовал около двух лет.
 

Оба документа устанавливают рамки социальных гарантий для трудовых мигрантов из нашей страны и регламентируют получение пенсий по возрасту, по инвалидности в связи с общим заболеванием, пенсий и пособий по инвалидности в результате несчастных случаев на производстве или профессиональных заболеваний, пенсий по случаю потери кормильца.

 

Соглашения устанавливают, что каждое Договаривающееся Государство станет выплачивает часть пенсии, рассчитанную пропорционально застрахованному периоду, реализованному на его территории, с выплатой соответствующего пособия на территории государства постоянного проживания.

 

Соглашения подлежат ратификации законодательным органом страны.

 

Республика Молдова подписала соглашения о социальном обеспечении с 16 государствами, из которых вступили в силу 14.
