Молдова и Турция вводят режим свободной торговли

Правительство Молдовы одобрило ратификацию Соглашения о свободной торговле с Турцией, которое было подписано в Кишиневе 11 сентября 2014 г., передает Noi.md. Документ предусматривает либерализацию торговли между Молдовой и Турцией примерно по 9 тыс. тарифным позициям. В то же время, для защиты молдавских товаропроизводителей оговорены переходные периоды на срок 3-7 лет по таким группам промышленных товаров, как: изделия из пластика, ковры, мебель, обувь, текстиль, некоторые стройматериалы и т.д. Для сельхозпродукции установлены взаимные квоты. Так, хозяйствующие субъекты из Молдовы смогут свободно поставлять в Турцию в пределах установленных квот около 30 наименований продуктов: сахар, зерновые, вино, овощи, фрукты, молочная продукция, сигареты и пр. Вместе с тем, не будут попадать под действие соглашения мясо, виноград, яйца и пр. Кроме того, предусмотрена возможность переработки импортированного в Молдову турецкого сырья, которое после переработки сможет получать молдавские сертификаты и в дальнейшем экспортироваться в другие страны, в том числе, ЕС. Соглашение о свободной торговле между Молдовой и Турцией призвано содействовать взаимному росту экспорта, инвестиций и укреплению торгово-экономических связей двух стран. Турция является важным экономическим партнером Молдовы, а турецкие инвестиции в торговле, промышленности, строительстве играют большую роль для экономики нашей страны.
