Moldova şi Ucraina vor implementa proiectul pilot eTIR

Moldova şi Ucraina preconizează să implementeze proiectul pilot eTIR – sistem electronic de tranzit internaţional (Carnet TIR) cu proceduri total computerizate, relatează Noi.md. Perspectiva implementării acestui proiect a fost discutată în cadrul unei şedinţe de lucru susţinute la Chişinău de Asociaţia Internaţională a Transportatorilor Auto din Moldova (AITA), cu participarea reprezentanţilor Asociaţiei Transportatorilor Auto din Ucraina, serviciilor vamale ale Moldovei şi Ucrainei, precum şi a experţilor Uniunii Internaţionale a Transporturilor Rutiere (IRU). La şedinţă au fost prezentate rezultatele implementării proiectului pilot eTIR între Iran şi Turcia, care a demonstrat funcţionarea noului sistem electronic de tranzit internaţional în condiţii reale. Au fost nominalizaţi paşii care urmează să fie întreprinşi pentru realizarea unui proiect pilot similar între Moldova şi Ucraina, în baza respectivului memorandum bilateral de înţelegere. Părţile au convenit că după examinarea documentaţiei tehnice serviciile vamale moldoveneşti şi cele ucrainene, reprezentanţii asociaţiilor transportatorilor auto din ambele ţări vor numi reprezentanţii săi, care vor face parte din grupul de lucru pentru implementarea proiectului pilot eTIR, precum şi vor coordona data întrevederii de lucru multilaterale, în cadrul căreia părţile vor conveni asupra paşilor ulteriori pentru implementarea proiectului pilot eTIR între Moldova şi Ucraina.
