Moldova și Ungaria extind cooperarea în domeniul agriculturii

Moldova și Ungaria își vor extinde cooperarea în domeniul agriculturii și industriei alimentare. Asupra acestui fapt s-a convenit în cadrul întrevederii dintre ministrul Agriculturii și Industriei Alimentare al Republicii Moldova, Eduard Grama, cu ambasadorul Ungariei la Chișinău. Ei au discutat, de asemenea, despre evoluţiile relaţiilor bilaterale și perspectivele de dezvoltare a acestora în domeniul agriculturii și industriei alimentare, extinderea cooperării bilaterale şi valorificarea deplină a potenţialului de colaborare. Potrivit lor, un prim pas în activizarea dialogului ar putea fi participarea la expozițiile specializate și organizarea unor întruniri a agenților economici din ambele țări. Eduard Grama a exprimat gratitudine și a subliniat importanța sprijinului oferit de Ungaria domeniului agriculturii și industriei alimentare din Republica Moldova. Conducerea MAIA a menționat proiectul FAO Sporirea capacităților de rezistență la secetă a fermierilor mici prin adoptarea celor mai bune practici de irigare și a practicelor moderne de irigare, care este implementat în perioada 2014-2016 și finanțat de Guvernul Ungariei. Proiectul are drept scop consolidarea rezistenței la secetă a micilor fermieri prin introducerea și adoptarea celor mai bune practici de irigare și tehnologii moderne de irigare. La rîndul său, diplomatul a menționat potențialul de colaborare, punctînd importanța unei întrevederi între conducerea ministerelor de resort din ambele țări pentru a stabili o serie de direcții prioritare de colaborare. Părțile au menționat importanța schimbului de experiență în îmbunătățirea disponibilității serviciilor financiare și creditelor acordate fermierilor și procesatorilor, precum și dezvoltarea unor sisteme de asigurare adecvate riscurilor în producția agricolă. Oficialii au mai discutat despre favorizarea cooperării în domeniul cercetării prin transfer de experiență în reorganizarea sistemului de cercetare și învățămînt în agricultură.
