Moldovenii aflați peste hotare vor putea transmite acasă bani prin poștă

Cetățenii Republicii Moldova care muncesc peste hotare vor avea posibilitatea să trimită acasă mijloace bănești în valută prin mandate poștale. Cabinetul de miniștri a aprobat noile Reguli privind prestarea serviciilor poștale. Proiectul hotărârii de Guvern prevede posibilitatea utilizatorilor de servicii poștale de a expedia și primi din alte țări mijloace bănești în valută străină prin reţeaua poştală şi prin reţeaua de comunicaţii electronice. Serviciul de mandate poştale internaţionale este prestat în baza acordurilor internaţionale bilaterale încheiate în conformitate cu Aranjamentul Uniunii Poştale Universale privind serviciile poştale de plată la care Republica Moldova este parte. Documentul conține prevederi clare cu privire la confidențialitatea și securitatea datelor cu caracter personal, precum și acordarea unor servicii poștale moderne. De asemenea, proiectul stabilește normele referitoare la prestarea serviciilor poștale, include condițiile de acceptare în rețea a trimiterilor poștale, drepturile și obligațiunile utilizatorilor de servicii poștale, responsabilitatea furnizorilor și utilizatorilor și alte reguli importante pentru domeniu. Regulile vin să completeze cadrul normativ în vederea reglementării sectorului de rând cu Legea comunicațiilor poștale, menționează Ministerul Tehnologiei Informației și Comunicațiilor.
