Муниципальные подразделения должны сократить расходы на 5-10 процентов

Подразделения столичной примэрии должны сократить на 5-10% текущие расходы. Генпримар Дорин Киртоакэ заявил в понедельник, 9 февраля, на оперативном заседании примэрии, что 2015 год будет сложным из-за того, что не будут покрыты расходы на инвестиционные проекты, а так же из-за обесценивания лея. Начальник Управления финансов Вероника Херца заявила, что в 2015 году муниципалитет не получит по оценкам 260 млн. леев. Несмотря на то, что половина этой суммы должна быть покрыта из государственного бюджета, то есть 130 млн. леев, Министерство финансов дало согласие только на 62,7 млн. леев. Начальник управления сказала, что после формирования нового правительства, местные органы власти повторно обратятся в исполнительный орган и отраслевые министерства. „Это не просто высказанные опасения, это уже реальность, поэтому необходимо, чтобы каждый пришел с инициативой по любой линии расходов”,- сказал генпримар, ссылаясь на дефицит бюджета и финансовое непокрытие инвестиционных проектов. Согласно проекту муниципального бюджета на 2015 год, в части доходов предусмотрено 2,839 млрд. леев, а по расходам - 3,225 млрд. леев.
